The Role

Responsibilities :

  • Create, manage, and optimize content for SMS, email, and push notifications to maximize player engagement and retention.
  • Develop tailored messaging for different audience segments, ensuring relevance and high conversion rates.
  • Work closely with CRM, marketing, and design teams to craft compelling campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and player behavior to ensure content remains engaging and competitive.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand messaging across all communication channels

Ideal Profile

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Content Manager, Copywriter, or similar role, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and conversion-driven content.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    • Nice-to-have :

  • Understanding of CRM strategies and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience with A / B testing and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI tools.
