Poste proposé : Quality Control Manager

Main responsibilities :

Ensures the testing of finished products, materials, and packaging items within the required deadlines
Ensure the reliability of the physico-chemical and microbiological analytical data of pharmaceutical products as well as the testing data of packaging items by ensuring compliance with testing procedures
Ensures compliance with GMP, quality standards defined by GSK (QMS, CAP), pharmacopoeia, as well as local regulations in Quality Control
Training and continuous monitoring of technicians on effective testing methods and procedures provide the support needed to solve any technical problem
Contributes actively to the introduction of new products on the Site by identifying the human & equipment's needs and ensuring good organization in the Quality Control to meet the Site objectives
Ensures the achievement of analytical validations, analytical transfer, cleaning validation, as well as the testing needed for the validation process
Ensures the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of internal GSK audits (GMP Audit, Independent Business Monitoring, Management Monitoring), ministry, and LNCPP with ensuring the implementation of corrective & preventive actions on time
Work on Quality Control activity continuous improvement by proposing an improvement plan (automation, simplification) and implementing the Lean Lab process
Establishes and monitors the performance indicators of Quality Control by identifying improvement actions to achieve the objectives of the department and the site
Identifies any GMP, quality, and safety problem, analyzes it, and implements the appropriate corrective actions.

Profil recherché pour le poste : Quality Control Manager

Bac or Master (Chemical Engineer, Microbiological DES, or Pharmacist),

5 years of experience in the laboratory.

Essential skills and abilities :

Capable of working across boundaries and functional areas

Familiarity / experience with copy approval process

Understands analytics and performance management

Competent in working in multicultural environment

Highly resilient, agile and is willing to stretch

Ability to demonstrate excellence in execution and project management capabilities

Organized and efficient worker.
