Key Responsibilities

• Conduct screening calls and initial interviews for a high volume of candidates across multiple roles.
• Prepare and issue job offers efficiently and accurately at scale.
• Manage recruitment operations and administrative tasks , ensuring data accuracy and compliance throughout the process.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth candidate flow and timely communication.
• Utilize recruitment tools and office applications ( CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, ChatGPT , and related systems) to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
