We are a fast-growing SaaS startup, and we’re looking for a Scrum Master who is truly passionate about agile practices and thrives on enabling teams to perform at their best. This role is not a stepping stone into Product Management or Engineering, it’s for someone who genuinely loves facilitating, coaching, and continuously improving Scrum processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and coach agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews) to ensure efficiency, focus, and continuous improvement
- Support product squads in applying Scrum practices and principles, fostering a culture of ownership, transparency, and accountability
- Remove impediments and proactively address blockers that slow down the team, coordinating with other teams and stakeholders when necessary
- Collaborate with Product Managers to refine and prioritize backlogs, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals
- Monitor and communicate team performance using relevant metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown, lead time) while focusing on delivering value rather than outputs
- Promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing between cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations)
- Coach team members and stakeholders on agile mindset and practices to increase organizational maturity
- Ensure alignment between squads and company strategy, driving transparency of goals, dependencies, and progress
- Foster a safe environment for experimentation, open communication, and constructive feedback
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and team dynamics for higher performance and engagement
Requirements
3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master in SaaS, tech, or software developmentSolid knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and hands-on facilitation of ceremoniesStrong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with backlog refinement, agile metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time), and continuous improvementAbility to foster collaboration, transparency, and a positive team cultureFluent in EnglishBenefits
